Now owns Malmart and controls all online selling through their widgets which can be placed on any website but complete the sale and shipping through Amazng. They assist Goggle with managing the internet and reporting to the United Government using Amazng Ecco.

Most low level criminals are not smart/rich enough to have their own hardware made by an illegal manufacturer and so can easily be caught even after they've wiped the firmware off of a device.
