√ Starter will be the place to raise money in HTZ if you want to create an app with decentralized governance. Your dapp must go live on the HTZ mainnet(or √ once it is live) and must use exclusively HTZ for payments(auto-conversion is allowed). It is not required that you burn any HTZ or donate any HTZ to the DAO, however your dapp must use TGR for governance decisions. You can reward investors with NFT's, a share of future dapp profits, or other benefits. You can easily source help to build your project from guilds or any freelancers on the Agency.
